Unexpected topic for challenge #2, but people decided so. Why not give it a try?

TOPIC: Monarch

02 Sep 2018 23:29

The monarch, well known for its distinctive orange-red, black and white markings, is one of the most recognizable and strikingly beautiful species of butterfly.

Each fall monarchs set out on an incredible 5,000-kilometre journey from southern Canada to their wintering sites in the mountain forests of Mexico, where they cluster together pretty much on the same tree from late October through March. It’s one of the world’s longest insect migrations.

Because Noa of Arc was born in Quebec, "Monarch" (many letters in common) nicely represents her as she has just got out of her cocoon and is about to fly the nest. As it happens, the Crown refers to the Monarchy in Quebec.
